Open access agreement for authors in Qatar

Qatar National Library (QNL) has an open access agreement with F1000 that enables authors based in Qatar to publish their research openly at no cost to themselves.
This agreement gives eligible corresponding authors affiliated with member institutions of QNL the option to publish open access in various F1000 publishing venues, including F1000Research. Eligible corresponding authors are not required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) – as these are covered centrally by the agreement – and are free to submit any article type offered by F1000.
