BIOGRAPHY
The research has the aim of establishing the risk of developing upper gastrointestinal diseases, primarily cancer, by means that include epidemiological studies. The research includes molecular, genetic and clinical aspects. One main thread is the investigation of any possible associations between cancer and various bacterial infections, lifestyle factors and genetically determined vulnerabilities.EVALUATIONS
