BIOGRAPHY
Hao Wang is an Associate Faculty Member who works with Mark Lewis to evaluate the literature relevant to their research interests.Hao Wang also has responsibility for checking the contents of the following journals to ensure that the highest quality research relevant to their own interests within these publications is comprehensively and systematically evaluated for F1000:
- Theoretical Ecology
- Bulletin of Mathematical Biology
Hao Wang is an assistant professor in the Department of Mathematical & Statistical Sciences at the University of Alberta.
Dr. Wang has strong interests in interdisciplinary research of mathematical biology. His research group is working on areas as diverse as modeling stoichiometry-based ecological interactions, microbiology, infectious diseases, habitat destruction and biodiversity, risk assessment of oil sands pollution. Mathematical models include ODE, DDE, PDE, SDE, IDE.
