BIOGRAPHY
Jim O'Brien is Investigator at the Dorothy M. Davis Heart and Lung Research Institute, Ohio State University Medical Center. He is also Associate Member of the Center for Health Outcomes, Policy and Evaluation Studies (HOPES), Ohio State University School of Public Health, and Assistant Professor in the Division of Pulmonary, Allergy, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine. His expertise lies in sepsis, acute respiratory failure and acute lung injury, especially clinical trials and epidemiology. He is a member of the Quality Improvement Committee of the American College of Chest Physicians, the Clinicians Advisory Committee and the Critical Care Assembly Program Committee of the American Thoracic Society.EVALUATIONS
