• Mechanisms underlying the pathophysiology of osteoarthritis
• Study of new anti-arthritic molecules, ex vivo in humans and in vivo in animal models, and of anti- and pro-catabolic molecules
• Study of molecular mechanisms of metalloproteases and of pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines
• Study of the pathophysiology of subchondral bone in osteoarthritis
