BIOGRAPHY

Following a PhD (1973-6) at the University of Oxford and a postdoc (1976-8) at the University of Oregon, I have worked in full-time research at the MRC Cognition and Brain Sciences Unit (formerly Applied Psychology Unit). My interests include visual attention, frontal lobe functions and intelligence, using methods of cognitive psychology, neuropsychology, neuroimaging, and single cell electrophysiology.
