Hidden Jewels Top 10 rankings are generated every day and only include articles published in specialist journals, evaluated in F1000 during the preceding 14 days. The list of journals is the same for all Faculties and whilst some may be considered 'high profile' journals in their particular field, they are included because they may not be so obvious to readers outside that area or Faculty. Articles are ranked according to their F1000 Article Factor (FFa), which is calculated from all the ratings given to that article by the Faculty. If any articles have the same FFa, then the one with the most viewings is listed first.
