Kai Papenfort is an Associate Faculty Member who works with Faculty Member Jörg Vogel to recommend the scientific literature in their field.

RESEARCH INTERESTS:
I'm interested in bacterial gene regulation with special focus on post-transcriptional control mechanisms. I study these processes in various prokaryotic model organisms to understand the their impact on bacterial lifestyle and survival.
