PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS:
Dr Jain has received many awards. Prominent amongst them are: National Talent Scholarship and Achievement Award of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. He is a reviewer for many ophthalmology journals such as Ophthalmology, Cornea, American Journal of Ophthalmology and Investigative Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences. Dr Jain has published more than 20 original papers and authored several book chapters on Cornea and Refractive Surgery. He regularly conducts skills transfer courses in Excimer laser surgery and Corneal Transplantation techniques at the American Academy of Ophthalmology meetings.

RESEARCH INTERESTS:
His research interest is the study of corneal wound healing and avascularity mechanisms.
