CURRENT POSITION:Senior Director, Research & Development, ILEX Oncology Inc Research, Boston
BACKGROUND:
I joined ILEX Oncology Inc, in September, 2000 with extensive experience in cancer research. Before joining ILEX, I was affiliated with Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Harvard Medical School in Boston. I have over 130 publications to my credit in professional journals and have written reviews and book chapters in the area of apoptosis and DNA damage and received numerous grants.
EDUCATION:
I received my PhD in Biochemistry from All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi, India. I was with the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute at Harvard Medical School since 1986, first as Research Fellow and Research Associate and then as Instructor and Assistant Professor.
