Aaron Burton is an Associate Faculty Member who works with Faculty Member Niles Lehman to recommend the scientific literature in their field.
Aaron Burton also has responsibility for checking the contents of the following journals to ensure that the highest quality research, relevant to their own interests, within these publications is comprehensively and systematically evaluated for F1000:- Astrobiology
- Biochemistry
CURRENT POSITION:
Aaron is currently an NPP fellow at the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center where he works in the Astrobiology Lab.
EDUCATION:
PhD in Biochemistry from Portland State University in 2010
MEMBERSHIPS:
I am a NASA NPP fellow.
RESEARCH INTERESTS:
I am interested in the origins of organic molecules in space and identifying possible mechanisms leading to observed enantiomeric excesses in organic molecules from extraterrestrial environments.
