Dan Horvat

BIOGRAPHY

Medical Lead, Primary Health Care for Northern Health, Canada.

Dr Horvat has a long standing interest in health system improvement.

A Family Physician by training Dr Horvat has also been on the governing bodies of the Simon Fraser Health Region, the British Columbia College of Family Physicians and the Western Healthcare Improvement Network.

Dr Horvat has worked with these and other organizations to bring some of the most accomplished international leaders to British Columbia in order to raise the level of debate and activity in his Province and country in the area of health system improvement.
