RESEARCH INTERESTS:
The Romisch Lab deals with the biogenesis of secretory proteins that are used for communication between cells and protein quality control in the endoplasmic reticulum. For our investigations, we use a combination of biochemical methods, cell-free assays, and yeast genetics.
