If you run a meeting in biology and medicine, whether it is a very small select meeting or a very large international meeting, we would like to work with you to invite the presenters from your meeting to deposit their posters and slides with us. The process is very simple and free to the conference organizer. All we ask is if you would send two e-mails (we supply the draft text) to your presenters after the meeting has finished and we will do the rest; deposition is completely voluntary by the authors. In return, we offer promotion of your meeting before the event, and then permanent visibility of your meeting(s) after the event, through listings of submissions on our site and through our browse by society pages.

Visibility: Posters and slide presentations will be available in a permanent, trustworthy, open access environment, which will provide long-term visibility for your members and others.

Extending the discussion: There is broader visibility to those who cannot attend the meeting or the session and from those outside the field, helping to extend the discussion and bring potential new collaborations.

Showcase your meeting’s quality: Our Faculty may select and recommend posters and slides they consider to be the most interesting and important, thereby highlighting the quality of your meeting to future attendees and submitters.

Organizer identification: Your work will be clearly identified as having been presented at your meeting.

Protection for authors: Users of the site will be required to ensure that the full correct citation is always used if reusing any part of a work, and posters will be watermarked to avoid screen-grabbing of the images.

Creative Commons: Copyright for the work will remain with the authors, through a standard open access non-commercial Creative Commons agreement.

Future publications: We will link posters and slides to any subsequent journal articles, providing added visibility to the author’s article.

Free of charge: There is no charge to Conference Organizers for this service.
