The GenomeRNAi database aims to represent a comprehensive repository for RNAi screening data from human and Drosophila. The data is manually curated from the literature and is presented on a website well interlinked with other publically available resources. RNAi reagent information and quality assessment are also provided.
The database contains 127 screens for human, and 164 screens for Drosophila and can be searched by gene, reagent or phenotype; download options are available. A DAS server has been implemented for phenotype and RNAi reagent data.
Implementation of a screen comparison tool.
No relevant competing interests disclosed.
