A data-driven approach for sub-group discovery, gRAICAR, is applied to detect the changes of the intrinsic functional connectivity networks (ICNs) across life-span.
gRAICAR discovered a precuneus-posterior cingulate cortex (PCC) network that decreases with increasing age.
No relevant competing interests disclosed.
