We expected that cortical spreading depression (CSD) susceptibility might vary by cortical depth.
We conclude that CSD has a susceptibility and tropism for superficial cortical layers, both in vitro and in vivo.
Induction of CSD with minimal necessary conditions for a more naturalistic model of migraine aura.
