Neonatal survival has stagnated in Kerala. Here, we aim to reduce the neonatal mortality rate by training teams about better resuscitation practices.
Knowledge was acquired significantly well in the team training and helped provide the necessary skills to improve the neonatal mortality rate.
To continue team training, including enrollment in other district hospitals using similar techniques.
