Our aim here was to improve the structural annotation of the Bovine Respiratory Disease (BRD) pathogen Mannheimia haemolytica PHL213, using RNA-Seq and computational methods.
The experiment led to the discovery of 15 novel protein coding regions and 45 small RNA in the M.haemolytica genome and suggested corrections to previous annotation.
Validation of sRNA to find possible virulence effects in Bovine Respiratory Disease.
