The purpose of this work is to manage data from a proteomics lab using a workflow on a laboratory information management system (LIMS) named SIGLa. The workflow is customized and built on Together Workflow Editor, in order to adapt to a proteomics lab.
This work guarantees a more efficient and secure way of storing proteomics data, including files, images and graphs.
